Green Coffee
Our sustainable coffee farm (finca) is nestled high in the Comayagua Mountains of Honduras. The coffee grows on a steep mountainside under a diverse canopy of trees and coexists with many other types of plants and wildlife including migratory birds. No pesticides, herbicides or fungicides are used. The coffee is hand picked, peeled, sun dried, hand sorted and finally bagged for shipment to our roasting facility in Stuart, Virginia. The coffees we purchase at fair trade prices from neighbors, family and friends are also grown and processed using sustainable methods. These are true estate coffees. They are never mixed together, so that each one maintains its unique flavor characteristics. We offer our green shade grown, Honduran estate coffee beans to qualified businesses and organizations at wholesale prices.
